1 General Provisions and Scope of Agreement

• Attempting to defraud the platform by creating artificial betting patterns.
• Hacking, or using any software or bot for automated bet placement.
• Using funds from illegal sources (money laundering) on the platform.
• Demeaning, threatening or harassing other users.
• Personally threatening or misconduct towards vtd99 staff.
• Participating in known attempts to manipulate the outcome of any event, or placing bets using such information.

9 Account Closure and Suspension Policy

vtd99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Fraudulent activity in betting or gaming.
• Direction from a legal authority or court order.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

Users may also request to close their own account at any time via live chat or email. Any valid balance (if present and where no rule violation has occurred) will be returned at the time of account closure.
